Webb House Furnishers | Stressless Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter

   The promoter is Webb House Furnishers, Mill Street, Nantwich, Cheshire, CW5 5ST.

2. The Prize (Stressless Consul Offer)

   • The prize is one (1) Stressless Consul Recliner chair and foot stool (Small size) in a choice of three (3) specific leather/wood colourways (as specified by the Promoter).
   • Made to Order: This prize is not from floor stock; it will be ordered specifically for the winner. Manufacturer lead times will apply.
   • Upgrades: The winner may choose to upgrade to a Consul Medium or Large size, by paying the additional retail cost difference at the time of ordering.
   • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is offered.

3. How to Enter

   Entries are valid via Facebook and Instagram. To enter, you must complete the following steps for each platform:

   • On Instagram:

     2. Like the official giveaway post.
     3. Tag a friend in the comments.
   • On Facebook:
     1. Like the official giveaway post.
     2. Tag a friend in the comments.
     3. Share the giveaway post to your own timeline.

4. Combined Giveaway & Winner Selection

   This is a joint promotion across both Facebook and Instagram. All valid entries from both platforms will be pooled. One (1) winner will be selected at random shortly after the closing date.

5. Eligibility & Delivery

   • Age/Location: Entrants must be aged 18 or over and reside in the UK.
   • Delivery: Free delivery is included for winners living within a 20-mile radius of our showroom on Mill Street, Nantwich.
   • Collection: Winners living outside of this 20-mile radius must arrange to collect their prize from our showroom: Webb House Furnishers, Mill Street, Nantwich, Cheshire.
   • Exclusions: Employees of Webb House Furnishers and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

6. Closing Date & Draw

   • Closing Date: The giveaway closes at Midnight on Saturday, 18th April 2026. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
   • The Draw: The winner will be chosen at random shortly after the closing date.

7. Winner Notification & Security

   • The winner will be announced on our official social media pages and contacted via direct message from our official account only.
   • Security Note: We will never ask for bank details or a "registration fee." Please ignore and report any accounts claiming you have won that ask for financial information.

8. Publicity

   By entering, the winner agrees to have their name announced on our social media channels and agrees to a photo of the prize presentation at our Mill Street showroom for promotional purposes.

9. Data Protection

   Personal data will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.
