What can I say. Excellent service from this gem of a store. Their customer service is the best we have ever received. We experienced an issue, absolutely not of Webb House's making. The resolution of [read more] which could not have been better. Exceptional. Do not hesitate to buy from this family company. Gary is an amazing member of their team, he is brilliant to deal with, he gave us unbelievable service. Friendly, knowledgeable, fabulous. Hope he's is appreciated. Such an asset to the store.

I cannot fault the service offered by Webbs. I ordered a number of pieces of Parker Knoll furniture from Webbs. There were problems in terms of the fabric but Webbs kept me informed at every stage. Tw [read more]o very helpful delivery men arrived with my furniture earlier this week and the sofas and chairs are really lovely and very well made. The whole service has been exemplary and I would highly recommend this company.

A delightful company to deal with. Great communication from the office and delivery guys. Protective footwear worn showing respect for floor covering which was very much respected. All packaging remov [read more]ed. Thankyou Webb house!
