My new sofa and bedside table from Webb House Furnishers were delivered yesterday, 16/09/2025. The customer service I have received from first visiting the store to delivery of items has been absolute [read more]ly excellent. Mrs Webb herself was so very helpful when I was making my choice but I was free to take as long as I needed. There was no pressure. The delivery team were wonderful. They'd already visited to check access details so that when delivery day arrived all went smoothly. They took such care, covering footwear, unwrapping the goods. Top Class. Thank you Webbs.

Excellent place to visit with an extensive range of furniture on two floors. They have two stores in Nantwich so allow yourself plenty of time.The sales staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Have ordered and just had delivered a new mattress. The whole process from visiting the store, purchasing the mattress and delivery has been exemplary. Staff polite and helpful and have good product k [read more]nowledge. I will definitely buy from them in the future.
