We have visited Webbs on numerous occasions now, and recently bought a bed from the shop floor. The service has been flawless from sale to delivery, and all staff have been particularly friendly, help [read more]ful and knowledgeable. A real pleasure and a refreshing change from the usual high street retail experience these days. We'll be back.

My new sofa and bedside table from Webb House Furnishers were delivered yesterday, 16/09/2025. The customer service I have received from first visiting the store to delivery of items has been absolute [read more]ly excellent. Mrs Webb herself was so very helpful when I was making my choice but I was free to take as long as I needed. There was no pressure. The delivery team were wonderful. They'd already visited to check access details so that when delivery day arrived all went smoothly. They took such care, covering footwear, unwrapping the goods. Top Class. Thank you Webbs.

Very impressed by the level of service throughout the order process including a delivery team who were exemplary and diligent in the delivery of my mum's new armchair and removal of her old one. I al [read more]ways try to support independent/family-run businesses and the difference really shows here.
