We have just taken delivery of two sofas from Webb House Furnishers and are delighted. There is something very special about their service; they are helpful but not pushy, they do what they promise fr [read more]om initial enquiry though to final delivery, and the whole team clearly takes pride in what they do. Gary is an absolute asset to the webb house team and a true credit to the company. From the moment you walk in, he makes the whole experience feel easy, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable. His knowled [read more]ge of the products is outstanding, and he takes the time to really understand what you’re looking for. What really sets Gary apart is how he consistently goes above and beyond. Whether it’s offering thoughtful recommendations or ensuring every detail is just right, his level of care and professionalism is second to none. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated, approachable, and passionate about what they do. Gary doesn’t just sell furniture—he creates a great customer experience from start to finish. Highly recommended! Chloe & Jack - Shavington

They have two showrooms in Nan [read more]twich, one recently opened, with my furniture and a rug purchased from the amazing three storey showroom in Mill Street, Nantwich, Cheshire. Having recently bought a property in Crewe and looking for a big bed, headboard and mattress, a nice comfortable and quality made armchair, two bedside cabinets and a rug for the living space, Webb House had all the choice I needed and it came out just about on my budget. Along with help of the sales advisor and perusing the three floors and looking at their web site the night before, I can safely state everything came out really well. A very good commendation to the advisor and for the time and help he provided. Once the furniture had been chosen and a deposit paid, the service offered by the other staff right through to the delivery people, could not have gone more smoothly. As the chair was a little behind the king size bed and other items, due to the time for manufacture, the delivery was over two dates. In terms of keeping communication
