Co-owner, Joan Webb joined the business in 1987. She is head of the sales team and has a passion for customer service and satisfaction. Her experience within the business means she has extensive product knowledge and prides herself on her organisational skills. Joan has a warmth and rapport with our customers that shines through.
The son of Howard and Joan, joined the family business in 2007. He is General Manager and looks after sales, delivery and warehouse management as well as being head of the buying team. Neil has extensive product knowledge of all our ranges and is happy to help with any customer queries.
The daughter of Howard and Joan, joined the family business in 2006. She has a passion for interior design and dresses all of the store displays. Rebecca also has a detailed product knowledge of our ranges and is adept at suggesting which products co-ordinate well together and discussing design ideas with our customers.
Company founder, Howard Webb started the business in 1974 as a re-upholstery Service in Mill Street Crewe. Howard now mainly focuses on the company accounts and website development, however with product knowledge and customer service that comes with over 40 years experience, he will be happy to help you with your query!
This was introduced as service to help the customer that finds the carrier service unsuitable. Click and collect allows the customer to collect from our store (or other location points) anytime during our business hours Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm. It may be possible for after hours collection by arrangement. This is of course a free service.
We can arrange for a courier to deliver your goods. Please note this is a door step service where they will offer delivery between 8am and 6pm, so you may need to make additional arrangements on the day of delivery. Once we have confirmed the availability we will contact you to arrange the delivery date. If you have any specific delivery requirements please contact us to discuss them.
Delivery Costs are calculated by the weight of your parcel and the area to which we are delivering to.
We operate our own delivery vehicle and all the team are employed directly by us, based at our distribution centre. As soon as your goods arrive we will contact you personally to arrange a day to deliver at your convenience. We can offer you AM or PM and even work around the school runs. We will deliver the furniture to the room you require, unpack the furniture and remove the packaging. If you wish, the team can then run through how any technical parts operate.

Some of our ranges have a variety of options for you to select from. For example when choosing a bed you will need to select the size and drawer options (if applicable), other ranges will have a variety of wood colours, handles and fabric colours to select from. The selection process is easy, but if you do have any queries, please call us on 01270 629296.
We accept most debit and credit cards and payment via PayPal. The card must be associated with the customers address, so care must be taken if you have recently moved house.
If you need to order and send items to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each address. For more information on costs and where we can deliver to, click on the Delivery Zone Information button on the checkout page.
Any stock item will be despatched within 2-5 working days of order date. The lead time on all to order items will vary between 4-12 weeks depending on the product. We will inform you of any delays immediately and you will be entitled to a full refund if the timescale is not acceptable.

We have recently moved home and went into Webb House furnishers in Nantwich to look into replacing some of our furniture. We had great service by the sales team resulting in us purchasing 2 sofas, a f [read more]eature armchair and a couple of rugs.
The delivery guys who brought the furniture were brilliant at getting the largest sofa into our lounge which meant disassembling then reassembling it to make it possible.
I definitely recommend Webb House and I’m sure we’ll be using them again in the future.

I cannot fault the service offered by Webbs. I ordered a number of pieces of Parker Knoll furniture from Webbs. There were problems in terms of the fabric but Webbs kept me informed at every stage. Tw [read more]o very helpful delivery men arrived with my furniture earlier this week and the sofas and chairs are really lovely and very well made. The whole service has been exemplary and I would highly recommend this company.

Very impressed by the level of service throughout the order process including a delivery team who were exemplary and diligent in the delivery of my mum's new armchair and removal of her old one.
